I have over 12 years of experience in experiential learning, outdoor education, and adventure-based programs. My journey has been shaped by a passion for creating meaningful learning experiences that combine life skills, hands-on learning, and the joy of working with children and adults alike.

As a Master Trainer for HUL-Xynteo, I have trained 200 teachers, impacting over 5,000 students. Beyond outdoor education, I have worked closely with schools, integrating experiential methodologies into formal education to make learning more engaging and impactful.

As a facilitator and co-head of Kshitij, I have designed and led expeditions, social-emotional learning programs, and cooperative games, using experiential methodologies to nurture growth.

Play is at the heart of my approach, helping individuals explore, reflect, and develop essential skills in an interactive and supportive environment. My motivation lies in creating opportunities for individuals to step out of their comfort zones, connect with themselves, and grow through experience.
